We love playing with our cheese in an air fryer! Lately we have been experimenting with our smooth and spicy Pepper Jack, Rock’n Jack. This spicy Super Slayer Grilled Queso dip is on point as a dipping dish that everyone will want to dive into. A little prep ahead of time makes this dip super easy to assemble if you want to make it on a portable grill. Simply mix everything but the cheese in a gallon plastic bag or large glass jar, and put your shredded cheese in a second container.
Fresh cheddar curds melt sooo well! We love using our garlicy Vampire Slayer curds in Jalapeño poppers. We use thin pancetta slices but swap in your favorite bacon if you prefer!

No recipe for this one, but for a super simple yet elegant presentation, fan out slices of our extra aged cheddar, sprinkle with candied nuts and drizzle with honey. Add a sprig of rosemary for a lovely touch.
