We've blended Jalapeno and Sweet Red Peppers into our creamy Monterey Jack and came up with a Pepper Jack that is out of this world! Creamy and smooth yet spicy, hot, and sweet this Pepper Jack will rock your tastebuds!
How It's Made
Pea-sized curds are rinsed of their lactic acid and given a double-bath of water before aging to create a mild flavor and added moisture. We then add a spicy combo of Jalapeno, Habanero, and sweet red Chili's to contrast with the Jack's extra creamy texture. Spicy Bliss!
Loaded with three types of peppers, this cheese packs a flavor punch without leaving your tongue on fire. Why? The heat is cut by the smooth creaminess of the Jack base which coats your palate and allows this Pepper Jack to melt like a dream.
Complex wine flavors can be lost in the spice so stick to light & mid-bodied wines with a slight peppery, or citrusy undertone. The drier the wine is, the better.
