Our Aged Cheddar is creamy with a slight nutty flavor. It is a medium cheddar, full of creamy, classic cheddar flavor~ yet without the bite you'll find in the sharper versions. Low in moisture, our cheddar is great on its own or with your favorite foods.

How It's Made

Cheddar curds are created and pressed into 40-pound blocks of cheese. These blocks are then stored in a climate-controlled cave until the cheddar reaches its flavor goal. After aging it's cut into smaller blocks and ready to enjoy!

Pairings

Low in moisture, this cheddar is a fantastic all-around cheese. It slices, grates and melts like a dream and tastes great on its own as a quick snack or as a cheesy compliment to your favorite foods.
