Cranberry Walnut Pockets

Ingredients
2 sheets frozen puff pastry dough
4 ounces Face Rock Cranberry Walnut Cheddar cheese
1 egg
Splash of milk

Directions
1. Thaw frozen puff pastry dough on floured surface for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 400˚. Lightly roll out pastry and cut into 2-by-3-inch squares. Slice cheese into 1-by-2-inch cubes, and slice again horizontally.

2. Place a square of each at the center of each pastry. Brush edge of pastry with water and top with a square, pressing edges to seal. Whisk together egg and splash of milk; brush with egg wash and bake for 20 minutes or until golden. Makes 12 squares.
