In Your Face Wonton Tacos
- Nonstick cooking spray
- Wonton wrappers
- 1 lb. Taco meat (prepare according to package directions)
- 1/2 to 1 cup shredded In Your Face Cheddar
- Chopped fresh cilantro
- Sour Cream
Preheat oven to 400°. Make your favorite taco filling (ground beef, chicken, carnitas, etc.) and set aside.
Spray the backside of a standard or mini muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. Drape wonton wrappers over the pan cups and spray with cooking spray. Bake until crispy and light brown (3-4 minutes).
Remove pan from oven and carefully remove wonton shells from pan. Place the shells on a cookie sheet.
Fill each with 1-2 tablespoons of taco filling and sprinkle with cilantro and shredded In Your Face cheddar.
Return pan to oven for a minute or two to melt the cheese.
Top with sour cream and other favorite taco toppings and enjoy!
