Cheddar curds are created and pressed into 40-pound blocks of cheese. These blocks are then stored in a climate-controlled cave until the cheddar reaches its flavor goal. After aging it's cut into smaller blocks and ready to enjoy!

Low in moisture, this cheddar is a fantastic all-around cheese. It slices, grates and melts like a dream and tastes great on its own as a quick snack or as a cheesy compliment to your favorite foods.
