Because of the perishable nature of our product, we offer multiple shipping options, all shipped so that you receive your order in a method that will not hurt the integrity of our product. Packages are shipped in insulated foil bags or gift boxes with ice packs, ensuring that the product remains cool while in transit, regardless of its final destination. We recommend that if you are shipping to a warm climate (over 70 degrees), especially in the summer months, that you select either 2-Day or Overnight shipping to ensure that the product arrives cool.
HOLIDAY 2021 UPDATE:
Once your order leaves Face Rock Creamery with FedEx, we do not have any ability to alter its course. Please be assured that we are packing extra insulation and ice into each box to account for delays during this busy shipping season. We are always happy to look into the tracking from our end to see if we can find any additional information for you.
All items are shipped from our creamery in Bandon, Oregon.

We offer four forms of shipping: USPS Priority, FedEx Ground, Standard Overnight, and 2-Day. We recommend that if you are shipping to a warm climate (over 70 degrees), especially in the summer months, that you select either 2-Day or Overnight shipping to ensure that the product arrives cool.
We ship within the Continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
We do not ship to international destinations at this time. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
If you entered a wrong shipping address and your package has shipped, we are happy to contact FedEx and do our best to reroute your package. Please note, however, that we will not assume responsibility for any incorrect addresses provided to us. In the event that the package can be rerouted in transit, delivery, return and re-delivery charges will apply. We also will not assume responsibility for time-in-transit damage due to address errors.
We are unable to replace items that perish due to the recipient being unavailable at the time of delivery. Our boxes are clearly marked “perishable” on the outside and we are not responsible for the items received but not opened. Please make sure that you or your recipient will be in town on the date that your order is due to arrive.

Gift Box Wine Orders:
Gift Box orders can be upgraded to include wine starting at an additional $17 per bottle of wine. Additional shipping and processing charges may apply. Wine ships to the following states only: AK, CA, CO, DC, FL, ID, IL, IA, KS, LA, ME, MD, MI, MN, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, OR, SC, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA, WI, & WY. You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase, or receive delivery of wine. We are unable to replace items that spoil if the signing recipient is unavailable at time of delivery.
