Face Rock cheddar, steak, and toasted garlic bread. A perfect combo for a filling bite! Use any of our bold cheddars to match your cravings like Vampire Slayer, In Your Face, Smokey, or Super Slayer. We chose Vampire Slayer to give this a double dose of garlic!

Directions Shred your cheddar and set aside
Cube the steak into bite size pieces, season it with salt and pepper, and cook in a medium high skillet until done to your preference. Set aside.
Mix softened butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until well incorporated into a compound butter
Split bread loaf in half longways and place on a baking sheet
Spread a generous amount of the compound butter on each half of the bread loaf
Turn on your oven broiler and toast the buttered bread halves in the oven until golden and crispy
Remove the bread and reset your oven to 375°F
Distribute your cooked steak bites equally between the bread halves
Sprinkle shredded Face Rock Cheddar evenly over the steak
Bake in preheated oven until the cheese is well melted. About 8-10 minutes depending on your oven
Remove from oven and cut each bread half into 4 or 6 pieces. Serve immediately
