Biscuits stuffed with Face Rock aged cheddar, ham and mustard are a delicious and quick bite to make in the Air Fryer!
1 can refrigerator biscuits
6 oz Face Rock Aged Cheddar, Shredded
Ham, chopped or minced (substitute for a protein of your choice!)
Sweet Hot Mustard
Open biscuit package and split each biscuit in half.
On one half of a biscuit, spread a small amount of mustard.
Place about a tablespoon each of shredded cheese and ham onto the biscuit half.
Take the second half of the biscuit and lay it on top of the cheese and ham. Pinch the edges of the biscuit halves together with your fingers, making sure that all the filling is sealed inside.
Repeat with as many biscuits as you’d like.
Spray an air fryer basket with cooking spray or line with parchment.
Place biscuits in the basket in a single layer so they are not touching. Ours fit four biscuits at a time.
Set the Air Fryer temperature to 350 and cook for 6 minutes (times may vary in your model)
Open the basket, and use tongs to gently flip the biscuits. Cook for a further 4 minutes or until golden.
Enjoy warm out of the air fryer!
You can bake these bites in a traditional oven using package directions.
