As we cut our blocks to shape we end up with trimmings of our cheese. We took all of our end cuts of our delicious cheddar and made them available for purchase by the ounce! Now we create less waste and you get it at a discounted price for bulk precut cheese.
This is our classic Aged Cheddar Cheese.
This Cheese is so versatile and can be used lots of different dishes such as Mac and Cheese!
