Refund and Reshipping Policy

Did you discover a problem with your Face Rock Creamery order? We want to find a solution to make it right!

Because cheese is a perishable product, we are not able to accept product for returns or exchanges. However, we can refund or reship your order under certain circumstances, as described below.

  • Damaged products (please take a photograph and include with your outreach)
  • Missing or incorrect items in the package
  • Billing problems

We are unable to replace items that perish due to the recipient being unavailable at the time of delivery. Learn more about our Shipping Policy.

Please notify us of any problems within 24 hours of receiving your shipment by calling our shipping department at 541.329.0059 or emailing us at orders@facerockcreamery.com. We cannot offer refunds or replacement goods after 30 days of your order date.
