Face Rock Garlic Spicy Queso Dip

Ingredients

1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded In Your Face Spicy cheese
1 cup shredded Vampire Slayer Garlic cheese
Salt to taste

*Optional add-ins:

Diced tomatoes or green chiles
Chopped cilantro
Jalapeños for extra heat

Directions

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Whisk in flour and stir continuously for 1–2 minutes (it’ll bubble slightly but shouldn’t brown).
Slowly add the milk, whisking constantly to avoid lumps. Cook for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
Add shredded cheese a handful at a time, stirring until melted and smooth.
Season with salt to taste.

Serve warm with tortilla chips, veggies, or drizzle over nachos!
