preferred method, cook bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels and then

season with salt and pepper.

parchment-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate until firm, 1 hour.
In a shallow
bowl, stir together bacon, chives, and pecans.

serving immediately, cover with plastic wrap and chill until 15 minutes before
