Ingredients: Won Ton Wrappers; 1 egg; 6 oz Vampire Slayer Shredded; 1 lb ground beef (turkey, or chicken); 1 cup frozen or canned corn; 1 can black beans drained; 1 package taco seasoning; Cooking Spray (we like olive oil spray)

Think pop tart but tacos! These portable crunchy tacos are filled with taco filling and Vampire Slayer cheese. Wonton wrappers crisp up perfectly in a hot oven and keep everything in one place.

Ingredients

Won Ton Wrappers
1 egg
6 oz Vampire Slayer Shredded
1 lb ground beef (turkey, or chicken)
1 cup frozen or canned corn
1 can black beans drained
1 package taco seasoning
Cooking Spray (we like olive oil spray)

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F
In a large skillet, cook ground beef until it’s completely browned. Drain grease. Add taco seasoning, ¼ cup water, corn and black beans. Stir until combined and set aside
Crack the egg into a small bowl, add a teaspoon of water and beat with a fork until well combined
Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Lay out 8 wonton wrappers
Place a tablespoon of the meat filling on each wonton, and top with a small mound of Vampire Slayer
Using your fingers or a small brush, use the egg wash to paint around the perimeter of each wonton wrapper. Top with a second wonton wrapper and use your fingers or a fork to seal the edges completely
Spray generously with cooking spray
Cook until golden. 7-10 minutes
