Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F

2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef until it’s completely browned. Drain grease. Add taco seasoning, ¼ cup water, corn and black beans. Stir until combined and set aside

3. Crack the egg into a small bowl, add a teaspoon of water and beat with a fork until well combined

4. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Lay out 8 wonton wrappers

5. Place a tablespoon of the meat filling on each wonton, and top with a small mound of Vampire Slayer

6. Using your fingers or a small brush, use the egg wash to paint around the perimeter of each wonton wrapper. Top with a second wonton wrapper and use your fingers or a fork to seal the edges completely

7. Spray generously with cooking spray

8. Cook until golden. 7-10 minutes
