A bold and delicious way to put our Cheddar End Cuts to work! This Extra Aged mac and cheese is packed with deep, sharp flavor and a perfectly creamy texture. The naturally crumbly richness of our aged cheddar melts down into a velvety sauce that clings to every noodle, making each bite unforgettable. It’s comfort food, elevated, made with the same rich, award-winning cheddar you know and love.

Suggestions: Add a 6oz block of Vampire Slayer, Smokey, or Monterey Jack for an extra kick of flavor and melty goodness.

Ingredients

8oz elbow macaroni
1c Milk
1c Face Rock Creamery Extra Aged White Cheddar End Cut
2 Tbsp butter
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Cook Pasta: Boil macaroni in salted water until al dente.

Start Sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan. Whisk in flour (if using) and cook for 1–2 minutes.

Add Milk: Slowly whisk in milk. Heat on medium, stirring until warm and slightly thickened.

Melt Cheese: Lower heat. Stir in white cheddar and additional cheese, a bit at a time, until smooth.

Season: Add salt, pepper, and optional spices to taste.

Combine: Add pasta to sauce and stir well. Serve hot!
