Ingredients

1 Tbsp Butter
Flour Tortilla’s
In Your Face Spicy Cheddar blocks
Cooked Rice
Cooked, seasoned black beans
Fresh Cilantro

Optional:

Meat of Choice
Sour cream
Salsa

Directions

Directions:
Heat a pan over medium heat and melt a small amount of butter.
Place a tortilla in the pan to toast lightly. Sprinkle your desired cheese evenly over the tortilla, then cover the pan with a lid to help melt the cheese.
Once the cheese has melted, add your cooked rice and beans on one half of the tortilla.
Fold the tortilla over to cover the filling.
Toast for a couple of minutes, then carefully flip and toast the other side until golden.
Remove from the pan, plate, and top with fresh cilantro and any desired toppings. Enjoy!
